From texting a picture of the custom arrangement to make sure I was happy with it the day before delivery, to walking up a snow covered driveway twice, to making the delivery at the time they promised!! And my daughter LOVED the arrangement...in her words "I feel so loved" :) I would HIGHLY recommend this business!!! You will not be disappointed!!
