I live in Frederick MD and ordered over the phone…person I talked to was so helpful and knowledgable that was very easy !! I’ve seen Floral Focus bouquets before and was very impressed at a funeral they did last week for a family member in Duryea. I wouldn’t order from any other florist in that area!! MaryLynnSmith

Absolutely use Floral Focus. She nailed it. Asked questions, created exactly what i wanted, and even sent me a picture of the actual finished product for my approval prior to delivering! Service doesnt get much better than that.

Ordered late in the evening to be delivered the next and they came shining through! They sent a photo prior to delivery to make sure I was satisfied. Also,
I’m sure because of the timing, they disclosed that the arrangement would be “florist choice/in-stock availability, which was simply beautiful!!!

Bouquet delivered same day as stated it could be on website! Recipient was very happy just not sure there was a door knock or doorbell ring when delivered but it was found.

Glad she liked the arrangement! The door bell was rang twice and the screen door was locked in front which might have muffled the knock sound. Sorry about the confusion there but happy she received them! Some of our customers like us to call the recipient before sending out the flowers. The Designer's choice was a great option. The arrangement was beautiful as always, priced just right and promptly delivered. I received a text with the pic of the arrangement and was asked if it was ok to deliver..then received a text with a pic of the arrangement on the porch. Will definitely uses this floral shop again and would highly recommend

Arrangement was beautiful and I was sent a picture asking if I liked it before it was delivered! Communication is the best, delivery was on time and price was great for a large gorgeous flower arrangement.

Absolutely wonderful experience as always. These were for my wife’s birthday and they were pretty much the most beautiful bouquet she has ever received. Ordering was easy, delivery was precisely on time and attention to detail on the wording of the gift card was really appreciated. This is a great place to get flowers and I will Never go back to the one 800 whatever’s for getting flowers. Buy local, they treat ya right.

What a beautiful bouquet I purchased for a friend of mine in the hospital. I received a picture of the flowers before delivery - such a nice way to do business. The bouquet was very affordable and most importantly beautiful! Highly recommend and I will definitely use this shop again!

Excellent Service from Floral Focus! It was my first time using this business since I recently moved to the area. I had same day delivery. The customer service was awesome. Usually, you don't see your flower delivery until it actually is delivered to the recipient, but to my surprise I received a text for approval of the bouquet.
